Founded in 1985 in Lubbock, Texas by Karl Morris to provide an experienced, competent, dependable, and honest real estate management service.

REMCO has 22 years of industry experience and manages single-family residences, duplexes, apartments, offices, and retail space.

POLICY

REMCO'S policy is to provide the best management service practical to minimize problems for property owners. Its first obligation is to the property owners, then to the tenants. REMCO follows the terms of the lease unless it is mutually bebeficial to do otherwise. REMCO diligently complies with the intent and letter of the laws, rules and regulations related to property management and leasing.
